Return Policy Page

The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box. It must be returned in the same condition with return shipping label attached. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturer’s box. And if the customer failed to inform Daqueen within 24 hours of the delivery time, no complain will be granted. should keep and be able to provide proper documentations and proof about your return/refund claim (i.e. unboxing video, receiving invoice, etc.).

Eligible for Return:

  • Products must be in the original packaging, in the original condition.
  • It should be unused, unaltered, unsoiled Products with their original tags.

All items which can be resold are always eligible for return. Except the following-

  • Items that have been worn or washed.
  • Products which were sold as combos or in sets, are not eligible for return/replacement as individual items.
  • Seal open branded electronic items cannot be returned in case of not being happy with the Products as they can’t be resold. Except if the Products is damaged or not working from the start.
  • You need to check all non branded electronic Products when you receive the Products form delivery man (within 24 hour notification is not applicable for non branded electronic Products).

Refund Payment:

It will be done only in 2 case..

  • If customer cancel the product.
  • If Daqueen is not able to fulfill the order.

If you're facing any issues with a product purchased on Daqueen, we shall help by verifying and trying to resolve your product issue as part of the return verification process. The Issue resolution steps may be shared with you as self-help, or with assistance over call or a Daqueen (or partner) personnel may visit your place. Daqueen will arrange for a replacement if the issue has not been resolved.
