The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box. It must be returned in the same condition with return shipping label attached. Do not put tape or stickers on the manufacturer’s box. And if the customer failed to inform Daqueen within 24 hours of the delivery time, no complain will be granted. should keep and be able to provide proper documentations and proof about your return/refund claim (i.e. unboxing video, receiving invoice, etc.).

The Issue resolution steps may be shared with you as self-help, or with assistance over call or a Daqueen (or partner) personnel may visit your place. Daqueen will arrange for a replacement if the issue has not been resolved.
